About Classes

I have developed a graduated programme of ten lessons focusing on an improvement in flexibility, mobility and strength. The lessons have a theme and an individual focus but are designed to offer the student a complete experience through a variety of postures .

Natural flexibility is not really age dependent in my experience. So I have students from all age groups. My philosophy for practise is to attempt only what your body can comfortably achieve . Yoga is not about exceeding your limits! We are all made differently and our journeys with our bodies the same. We must be patient, calm and attentive to truly benefit.

These are my current online class times on zoom:

Tuesdays 11am - 12.15pm

Tuesday 6.30pm-7.30pm

Thursdays 11am-12.15pm

Thursdays 6pm-7pm

Saturdays 09.30 am -10.30 am

Single Class: £9

Two Classes per week: £14

Three Classes per week: £17
